The fact that $ONCI reduced not only the O/S but the A/S as well says great things to me. That alone is impressive to me. So many time I read these penny stock companies which are mostly garbage reduce their O/S but keep the A/S the same which is obviously never a good sign as it usually always means dilution. Some try to pass it off saying it's for acquisitions but you know that's cap. However you wont find that here, Not $ONCI. Steve is doing all the right things and that makes me want to stay. This ride is going to be fun.
