We don’t appear to know the purchase details of RMRK. The majority shareholders will have already agreed to a purchase price but what are their options if they want 100% ownership?
1. They could offer the same price and for any shares not-tendered, effectively make them worthless.
2. Or, offer a share exchange with Croe. If Croe trades at $10.00 at sale completion date, then if we for argument sake, were trading at .001, it would take 10,000 RMRK to equal 1 Croe share
I would like to think there is huge potential here, but with CROE already a publicly traded company, I don’t know why they need RMRK for that purpose.
I know I am missing some key parts of the puzzle which someone can hopefully comment on.
