(2) Hired 3 new sales people for the State of California based out of Los Angeles, San Francisco and San Diego.

(3) Chrysler receiving modified units next Thursday for additional testing - at Chrysler's request.

(4) Mayor of San Antonio signed a pilot contract for 100 units on a 30 day pilot test...if successful, they would expand to a much larger order.

(5) Final retirement of the original 30 million preferred shares has now been completed.

(6) Ford Motor Company and Enterprise Rent-A-Car both requested that On4 sign NDAs. The significance of that is large.

(7) Expanding sales efforts to cell phone service providers for retail selling throughout Malaysia.

(8) JV with NECA update. ON4 will market the Best Title App through FLY Communications. Revenue will come to ON4 and be split 50/50 with NECA.

(9) Signed a contract with a central Florida dealer group for $240,000 annual. Looks like Eric landed a deal.

(10) Updates on both Kuala Lumpur facilities and upcoming fleet meetings next week.
