But...SURPRISE SURPRISE!!!

I DID discover someone named "Joshua J. Tatsey" who whose history of addresses include "Ft Edward, NY" --where Luther lived and was arrested. Luther's wife is Tina Tatsey. Josh Tatsey was named multiple times in the local paper (the same one that reported Luther's arrest and conviction) as a member of the South Glens Falls, NY High School wrestling team (The Bulldogs). If he was a senior (17 yrs) when several stories from 2011 were written then he'd be 23 today as reported elsewhere.
