Total OS on 8/8/17 was $27,028,663, since as of yesterday 9/30/17 the total number of shares traded since 8/8/17 have been just shy of 80 million with 45 million of those shares (over half) traded in the last 2 days, when the price increased 130% or so, which to me indicated if there was dilution taking place, it was fairly minor. The average per day volume for the last 30 days was 1,425,193 another indicator that there has been very little dilution if any. IMO the max the OS would be would be around 50 million and that is assuming over a third of all volume was dilution, which I doubt. $$ GRCK $$
