co don't do RS before maxing out on the OS, vs AS.. they only do it to avoid another AS increase, NOT the case.. they have plenty even if assumes fully diluted debt on books.. still half short of the full availability,


but then one NEEDS to read the fillings to understand what I am trying to muster here... some can't.. not they FULLY comprehends SEC disclosures.


100:1 ration will put plsb into 6 millions OS.. there's no co out there with a healthy market capitalization that should have les then 100 millions OS... that's a "private club investing" not a healthy public co capitalization.

check any blue chips you'll like they run in billions OS, of course not to compare size or performance of the enterprise but just to compare the capitalization and OS figures!!
