Yes, your shares would be cut by the number of split 100K shares in a 10/1 would give you 10K shares in the end. If the initial PPS was .4 then the after split PPS would be 4. You still have the same money and relative percentage of the company. Some fear it is most common for the PPS to fall from the 4 after a split. Mostly for psychological reasoning... when used to 0.4 even 2.8 sounds good. Of course it is not and of course this doesn't always happen.
