GAME OVER: MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGEMENT FILED!!

By the defendants. The judge in charge already ruled that the claims construction meant there was no way PTSC could win. PTSC only got 1 part of the 2 part construction changed on appeal therefore URE DONE! They want this worthless patent troll gone in a big way and the legal reasons to end this case right now clearly exist. Sell URE shares my peeps! In my opinion.
