When Falk prematurely filed Chapter 7, it was just another bad decision, and the last example how he screwed up eDigital Company and the shareholders. Once the good judge dismisses the Chapter 7 on October 5th, I believe it is the Trustee who will then appoint a new CEO and Board members who will right the ship. Fred Falk should have just stepped down long ago, and allow another CEO to fill in who actually knew what the heck they were doing.
