"Just wait 'til she rules case dismissed! "

Sogo,

You are totally missing the point. The information discovered in Judge Sweeney's Court has become the foundation for all the cases against Conservator and Tsy. This alone should be enough to give her every credit for the honesty and bravery she has shown in the world dominated by the rotten and senile old boys. BTW Judge Sweeney's tenure is for 15 years and removable by the president.

Other courts could have done the same easily. But other courts wanted to be soooo helpful to defendants that other Courts ruled that facts did not matter and did not even allow the plaintiffs their day in courts. If not for Judge Brown's dissenting opinion, Ginsburg and Millet would have affirmed Lamberth's ruling as is.

In the last 9 years, USCFC is the only court where trials are going on and elsewhere cases have been dismissed without any hearing. After Perry's appeals ruling the base line has been set and it is most unlikely that baseline will be over ruled by any other courts.

If one goes by lies, inconsistent arguments, falsifications, perjury, schizophrenia, massive theft, violation of APA/HERA/Common laws, constitutional validity of HERA/FHFA, changing political views, it is highly unlikely that Judge Sweeney will dismiss the cases.

The discovered documents have already proven to be big embarrassment to defendants and attorneys representing defendants. Plaintiffs have won in the courts of public opinion. Politicians and media have changed their narratives after irrefutable evidence that defendants misled all with their lies and secrecies.

Even if Judge Sweeney choses to dismiss the cases, these cases have served plaintiffs very well in exposing the blatant lies of the defendants and will help in winning the cases in other courts.

When these cases go the SCOTUS, justices will not be very proud to rule in favor of proven liers even if justices choose to do so.
