I think your point is a good one. I believe Tom when he says he does not want an RS, which likely means there won't be one. That being said, how does he actualize a buy-back? Do investors purchase common shares and swap them for restricted shares, thereby the company dissolving those commmon shares? When do you think this might happen? what are the other options?
