I am doubtful of any of the court cases. Even a victory would be appealed, so who cares.

Been posting same expectations for ever, don't hang your Stetson on the courts. The courts do provide a bargaining chip with Treasury and law makers though.

Really expect last NWS to be end of 2017, with full resolution by Mar 18. 6 months Max for settlement and clear way forward.
