You feel good about Prurisol's chances. You buy another 100K shares with time-sensitive capital based on this projection.

How does such an investor innately know, before the fact, that Ipix won't meet their published milestone? Because Ipix changed a PowerPoint corporate overview slide on their website? That's low-rent.
