As long interst rate is so low there is no alternative for big money so we will remain in bull market, whatever the fundamentals it does not matter, money is keep pouring in every month and supply of stock is decreasing.
We will see a bear market once we hit 6% on 30 years.
It's not worth fighting the trend.
