Go look at the daily chart and pay attention to stair steps of consolidation before each BIG move upward. When this was in the .003 range this consolidate for a good 17 days with several red days in a row. You have to have these slow churning days throughout a climb up the chart, otherwise it reaches the top to fast and what goes up ALWAYS comes down if you have no support built up along the way.
