I don't think they are allowed to release a PR until, at a minimum they become OTC Limited, or Current. The same issue occurred recently when I was following TGIF, earlier this month. He did say he had other priorities prior to getting the process going to become OTC Current, so I guess he might release something public (within legal boundaries) when his focus returns to this task.

I'm just sitting on my shares until things get more interesting within the next few months.
