Listen man, I don't know what your talking about. I have only posted on what I know and have known for the past year, but usmj only just got picked up by aci in June, so things may be looking up for them. That's all I'm saying, if a usmj doesn't file its earnings, from the so called cannibis cafe or whatever, of course no big investments will come in. Aci is a private investment company that invests into cannibis companies. Like PURA and usmj. If they own 51% of the voting rights on a company then they own 51% of the company. So yes as a stock holder, I see a company that owns 51% of the voting interest as owning 51% of usmj.
