You may or may not know this, but when Certificates get Deposited, that is when they are at the DTC, that is when they become part of the FLOAT. Otherwise, the shares are not in the Market. I called the TA and the TA verified what is there. That is all they would do.
But I am also ex-Wall Street so that helps with the knowledge of the way some things work. They are always changing as you know. Making new Rules for themselves, but not for the rest of us.
Bottom line is, even if the FLOAT does get up to 50M, it does not matter in the slightest. It is a very small FLOAT.
The only time I will not trade a stock at all, is if the FLOAT is over 250M and the Company has no revenues.
