It is respectfully submitted that during the one year time frame, Defendant Calmare Therapeutics Incorporated will satisfy the Money Judgment by maximization of profits and raising capital. The justification for the 100 Devices is that per the rules of being a government contractor and the pending agreement for sale of 100 Devices to the Veterans Association within the next nine months, defendant is required to have the Devices on hand to be awarded the sale. Updates will be provided in the quarterly statements as to awarding of the sale.
