A major part of my decision process in purchasing the stock was the fact that ISRG has a horrible name for customer service. There’s a massive vacuum for improvement in this arena, on several fronts. I think there’s a great demand for change, as well as a force of advancement brought on by the robotics field in general. The only way the stock couldn’t make money is with some really crappy leadership, and we solved that problem. The guys running the show were scientists not businessmen. That turned out to be a bigger problem than I calculated. Just look how little news triples the price of the stock. Funding is going to send it through the roof. And reality will see it through. Water always finds a way downhill, and the winds of progress will blow this to fruition.
