Team Ronin is not just looking for "a seat at the table" but rather, I expect the ultimate goal of this exercise is to take full control Warren Buffet style. Someone from Ronin will walk into the board room and say "I believe you are in my chair" to King after the vote and it is game over.

I can't imagine we have seen Team Ronin's last move before the vote.

Who knows though, this is playing out like a soap opera.
