BEVERLY HILLS, CA / August 29th, 2017/ Circa Pictures & Production Co. International, Inc., (OTC PINK: CPPD), is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors approved the acquisition of a license for a new private labeled streaming media player. The streaming media player is an important part of Circa’s planned content delivery strategy and a significant step toward completing the digital media production goals of the Company. Additionally, the Company has received its Preferred B shares of Metatron Inc (OTC PINK: MRNJ) and plans to dividend the shares out to common shareholders of Circa Pictures in September, pending FINRA approval.
CPPD will be selling its streaming media player under the brand “CPIX Entertainment Console”. The Company is currently pre-selling the CPIX Entertainment Console for $199 at www.fundingotc.com.
The Company continues to make progress toward auditing and reporting its financials for transparency and growth and hopes to complete the process by the fourth quarter of this year.
