Thanks for your interest in APHD. They’re in discussions with three companies, only ARALOC has been publicly named- the other two acquisitions have not. We don’t expect them to close all three, but all three negotiations are still ongoing.

The stock is trading below $0.01 on the Pink Sheets which yields risk. Investors that want high returns must be willing to tolerate short-term losses.
