I cannot wait to see this Pile of Garbage get what it deserves.

No worries, Pegs. Everyone should know EVTI is on the list for not filing financials in about 2 years. Good news is the SEC has ramped up the suspension and revocation of the stock registrations of these companies that fail to file.
