Otc financial usually never moves the pps range.Most are not audited by ccpa.The quarter are to satisfy the otc requirement.I believe what moves otc stock is sign contract like Sodexo.Majority of otc investors don't even bother reading them.It's pr updates and partnership with the large companies.
