bull, lets be clear here. Voosh has been providing Kaseya its tech for its VSA platform for about 2 years now. Kaseya has 10,000 MSP customers that can buy the VSA platform that has Voosh integrated into it. Not a lot of revenue there.

But, last months update with Kaseya, where the Voosh tech is now integrated into Kaseya's Traverse product in v 9.5 is to be sold by Kaseya's 10,000 MSP's who in turn ask their 10M endpoints (their customers PCs/Servers) if they want the product. Talking to Kevin Cornell this week, each PC endpoint is $30 per year and $300 per server per year. So, literally, over $300M revene potential. Voosh, via Kaseya, just went from 10,000 potential
to over 10,0000,000. And, Kaseya is growing at about 30% per year. So, its over 13,000,000 endpoints by now.

Voosh tech success with the Kaseya VSA platform had to have led them to want to integrate into Traverse which occurred last month and is for sale as of today, literally just starting today. Not only does the Voosh tech significantly reduced downtime of PCs and servers by automatically adjusting configurations, its reduces onboarding by new customers by over 90% into an MSP!!!!

When an MSP seeks a new client, onboarding their PCs/Servers is a challenge. Not anymore! Voosh tech within Traverse makes it 90% easier. MSP's are going to deploy/sell this to as many of their endpoints as humanly possible.
