DarkPool, did you realize when you posted this information that what is held at the DTC is actually what is the FLOAT. Only shares at DTC consitutute the entire FLOAT.

So there are only 18,040,109 available to everyone here. The reason being is that the majority of the Brokers out there will not take a Certificate of Deposit for Common Shares unless the stock has been trading at $0.10 cents or above for 10 trading days straight. (Not that this is according to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, because they implemented their own policies across the board and prevented many of us from depositing our Certificates, again illegal act on the Brokerages.)

Or they will not take paper for those which are non Exchange Registered Issuers. (Again illegal according to SEC Rules). Which means the other part of the 50,577,822 is not able to be deposited until we are above $0.10 for 10 days. And the S-1 Filing for being registered as an SEC Exchange Issuer.

The Brokers I am referring too are TD Ameritrade, Scottrade (Bought out by TD Ameritrade and soon to be TD Ameritrade), Charles Schwab, Trade King, Merrill Edge, etc. You might be able to go to Interactive Brokers, but they have been refusing them lately as well or are very selective of which ones they will take.

Another factor is the stock has to have liquidity before they will even consider the Ceritificate and the Company has to have reveneus of $1.5M or more. Nuts!

But they can make up their own rules, they have been doing it for years!

So with all that said, the FLOAT is more than likely ACTUALLY locked up.
