Carlos is famous for this as I have posted before. In fact he has a division dedicated to acquisitions of this type.

With Johnny's inside knowledge of this industry it is my belief through my personal investigation and consultation with others in the industry as well that a Latino based company will be the player.

Latin owned corporations historically do not wait for the companies to get big before acquisition. Rather get them small and pay less with the advantage of manipulating the growth to match thier business model.

All this leads me to believe the future is much nearer than most anticipate.
