Hey Reaper, that is the way I remember it as well. I remember the video conferences and Hurley's efforts to move this forward. Reader Rabbit was a good product - probably wouldn't cut it today with all of the new advances in gaming, but it did what it was purported to do. I bought the game for my grandkids years ago.

The GRAF spin out was real but never got off the ground. I have 40K shares of that to prove it - lol.

Hurley was sincere and up front about what he was trying to do. SDVI was just undercapitalized to pull it off.

My one concern here is the same - roll out funding. I believe they will have to issue some shares but as long as they can demonstrate sales growth then the small dilution would be worth it.

The product set now, the technology, the strategy and the focus on the IoT space is great. Now all they need to do is execute the plan.
