I'm expecting them to reverse split, but it's too soon right now. I'm expecting the reverse split to come around 25 cents to really have an impact on what they want to do, which is to get out of the OTC.

They have to reverse if they want to get their share price up enough. I'm assuming they have this on their plans but not likely while it's this low.

If I were Tom, I would generate enough deals to naturally drive the price up to a quarter and then reverse split 25:1 bringing the share price to $6.25. This would allow the market to adjust and keep it above the $3 requirement.

Anything before .25 would likely be viewed as too soon from most institutional investors. Doing my own DD on companies doing reverse splits while on the OTC market, most drop in share price very quickly and most do not survive long enough to jump out of the OTC. The ones that stay above $3 started well above but not with a high split ratio.

Splits higher than 10:1 had lower performance than others. Splits in 100 and above were mostly out of business or had almost zero volume since the split.

Do your own DD on the reverse split companies on OTC, but these are the trends I noticed.
