BVTK is not current. It is at Pink Limited Information "Yield". This can be seen at any time at otcmarkets.com. Brokerages that won't trade 'Stop' generally don't trade 'Yield' either.
I do not know what that means for potential conversions, but I think it has to be 'Pink Current' to trigger the schedule for conversions.
