What does everyone expect with the note holders? Do you really think they are going to walk away from money? And everyone keeps pumping some baseless claim that the notes will be renegotiated. Well, how? You really think delaying the conversion a year or two helps. It would just prolonged the misery. And this talk it getting a conventional loan makers zero economic sense from a balance sheet perspective. It would keep the loans are for a very long time.
