It is insider trading, not public. If you try putting in a bid, it doesn't show on level 2. Orders won't fill, and why the volume is so low.

An IPO is what let's them sell shares to the public, except instead of an IPO. It's reverse merging into RMRK. Once that happens, the public can start purchasing shares. Shares of RMRKs structure (us)
