AZFL may not be paying their 3rd party promoters on time, or at all.
One of Stebbins' complaints during previous scam cycles was not getting paid.

They may not want to publicly say AZFL hasn't paid them, in the hopes the $$ comes through eventually.
So they may give other reasons for locking accounts or ceasing promoting AZFL.
