The Daily SPX down signal was negated today...The uninformed are sure jumping into the RUT small caps...Guess they are betting on a huge tax cut..The only thing some of these companies can do to go higher is to print money for themselves. Unbelievable..If you think it is going up fast, wait until it starts down...then you will see real speed.
