It owns a controlling (51%) voting interest only in USMJ, but does not own equity. Maybe ACI will start with toxic death spiral financing, which both PURA and USMJ have relied on in their dilution nightmare for investors. Giving cash but the toxic death spiral financiers getting a 50% discount to the share price and immediately dumping the converted shares to lock-in profit has been the only thing keeping these two diluters afloat this long.
Per PURA financials, ACI doesn't own even the 51% voting preferred shares of PURA. Someone forgot to tell the CEO to include that info in the financials under subsequent events.
