It looks like the MMEG management is still reading this board as they filed another due 8K.

MMEG filed an 8K defining the previous A/S increase on the day it was filed in Nevada.
...
Though, 6 weeks later, they filed another increase in Nevada on September 22 yet they have not filed another 8K to define it again this time.
...
Management still asleep or just hiding from their shareholders?
