Frankly, since EAFN is simply another entity owned by the family, I imagine that it's financial condition is about the same as EFLN, meaning that it likely has little or nothing left.

I assume you haven't been able to locate proof of ownership of the land in Georgia? That said, who knows what its value would be...and, until it is sold or developed, raw land comes with a property tax liability.....
