5 straight months of new contract declines, and the blame goes to a lack of housing ?? Lol, hello, if you have less supply then DEMAND is naturally greater! They better start getting some new excesses , like THE TRUTH maybe? The Truth is demand is down, hence Yellen just saying this week that very thing , and none of the Fed tools have actually gotten Demand to increase organically , it’s reflected in GDP and inflation numbers.

Maybe Fischer will chime in on THIS salient FACT.
