Canopy Growth Corp (WEED)

It appears that, as of October 2016, CHI had a tentative market cap of $15 million. Honestly, I am getting a little lost on the wiring diagram regarding what Canopy Growth owns, partially owns, licenses, supports, etc.

So this IP references Canopy already having a stake in CHI ... but not how much of the 60% that is not owned by CHI management and private investors.

Docev, I am curious whether you invested in CHI at $1.50 ... and moreover, is CHI listed on a stock exchange as was indicated in the IP as of March 31, 2017? Thanks
