This JV is only to sell DP's products... all of BVTK's products don't apply - they are still our own, and don't fall under the JV. None of our ecrypt or telecom sales falls under the JV... just under BVTK. We don't split that part with DP, is what it looks like! smile

3. License . The Joint Venture will have an exclusive right to distribute DPT’s products in the North America, Asia and European government, military and CI/KR market segments.
