I think of this company like payday loans. Sort of like the sub prime mortgage industry too.

High interest (or large discount for settlements) money for people who are short of funds or want funds before their paycheck or settlement money comes (in full).

It's all sort of the same arena. A financial minefield if you don't know how to navigate it OR a financial windfall if you do.

I'm still looking at this one but the numbers do look good so far (contextually speaking of of course).

Stock manipulation according to the SEC. "Making false or misleading statements about a company."
