What do you think a win for QEDN looks like? Lattuca already has a judgment against GEGI and QEDN. Kate admits GEGI and QEDN's bank account was frozen. The email from Kate's attorney says the attorney notified Kate of all these Orders and Hearings. Kate is now accusing her own attorney of lying.

The only thing left in this case is collection on the judgment and discovery to aid Lattuca in collecting. Although Kate says she will only appear for a deposition in Colombia, she never says she will produce the documents GEGI and QEDN were ordered to produce.

Fighting with your own attorney about whether she had notice of these issues is not good. Her attorney says he provided her with the filings and spoke to her about this. Presumably this Judge is familiar with Kate's attorney.
