There are no longer any physical assets. The company doesn't even own it's old website. The unencumbered remaining shares are insufficient to raise capital to start anything, and the old management has long since written this off.

That's not to say something couldn't be done with a reverse into a new company, but that would be a new deal and I think your original question was why is this stock dead. That's just the way I see it.
