Absolutely no idea why the selling happened today. I called the company today and the person I spoke with had no clue why a couple individuals decided to sell.

Quote from LCP on the SH board, "Sellers ever since the .20's have been severely punished. Tens of millions of shares of them. No different now IMHO. Triple from here....then bought out. That is that."

I completely agree with his take on it.

This coming Monday at 5pm marks the end of the appeals period for the ADEQ APP permit. IMHO, there will be no valid appeals for the permit. I believe it will formally grant as of Tuesday morning. I also believe the EPA UIC permit is in the wings waiting for the formal grant of the APP from ADEQ.

Copper is $0.18 higher than the price used as a baseline for the Feasibility Study. I've heard rumors that Stage 3 is likely to be rolled out sooner than the FS shows.

For a PE ratio of 6, we're looking at up to US$7.00/share price once Excelsior gets to Stage 3 and is processing 125M lb/yr of copper. Here is the projection of before-tax cash flows.

If all goes according to plan (and it has so far), Excelsior will be producing copper in a year or less. The folks who sold today will be kicking themselves around the block. Talk about shortsighted...wow!

Assumptions:
1. $3/lb copper
2. 200M shares fully-diluted
