- Leadership: Built a lean, mean, effective team of remote employees who were bonded to the vision we were tackling.

I needed the most cutting edge tech tools for this type of marketing. When I couldn't find it in the market place, I built it in-house.
TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION
- Spec’ed out all in-house software, down to exact tech stack to implement.
- Dev projects included: customer DB analysis for growth hacking, server side split-testing with bayesian analysis, quiz/survey funnels, aggregate spam filter testing and in-house email server.
- Managed web app and website dev projects — from concept, design, testing and production, and latter stage versions.
- Deployed frontend & backend projects with technologies like PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, Twitter Bootstrap, Ajax, JavaScript, LEMP/LAMP stacks, web sockets and cookies.
- Managed entire dev cycle of several in-house marketing projects with a rotating team of developers from around the world.
