Here is why PZOO will be worth over .05+ in near future:

The old CEO is out of PZOO now and new management is in now that the lab is ready to launch according to the 8-k recently filed.

PZOO just recently acquired its laboratory license to clinically test marijuana http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/pazoo-inc-subsidiary-receives-city-of-las-vegas-approval-to-test-both-medical-and-recreational-marijuana-in-nevada-300479384.html

The lab above will be opening soon!

Nevada just as one part of the business not including expansion, grows annually 5 to 9 million pounds per year

Testing fees to test for chemicals, microbials, metals and many other possible impurities or other foreign substances.

Dispensaries are delivering small samples (about 500 milligrams) of the pot they’re getting from growers to Full Spectrum, which uses high-performance liquid chromatography to determine their potency. The tests reveal amounts of THC and other cannabinoids, the active ingredients of cannabis.

The service costs $120 per test.

“Dispensaries are getting all this really cool stuff, but it turns out 80 percent of the edibles aren’t being made properly, so it’s not as active as it could be,” said Bob Winnicki, Full Spectrum’s 35-year-old co-owner.

Testing is 100-300 Euros PER 5 lbs.
1:03 minutes in.

Nevada state law requires testing for EVERY 5lbs of harvest or production to ensure SAFETY and quality of product to make sure it is actually working(not bunk) and purity percentages.

There are 88 cultivation sites and 57 production facilities for MMJ and recreational MJ according to the Dept of Health and Human services. http://dpbh.nv.gov/Reg/MME/MME_-_Home/ Last Updated: 9/7/2017

The average harvest for the state of Nevada is anywhere between 1.5 million and 3 million pounds PER harvest for cultivators and producers. Or rather, 4.5-9 million pounds per year.

Lets do the math now.

100-300 Euros for testing....lets call it 100$ American
per 5 lb. requirement per Nevada State Law.

7 million pounds per year(middle ground number) divided by 5 lbs. is 1,400,000 pounds. There are 11 labs in Nevada. So we will use 20% assuming all the labs get different amounts of testing from the production and cultivation facilities.

280k lbs is 20% for PZOO.

280k*5lbs @ 100$ minimum testing is 280,000* 100$ =28,000,000 per year at the LOWEST numbers with an avg competitive rate.

Assuming Outstanding Shares 86,253,765 a/o Sep 01, 2017 is still the same, it comes out to
.32462 cents per share

Not including a PE/Ratio

Lets compare to PNT-V's SS which is clearly MUCH larger than PZOO but still ran PAST .20 cents per share on their Nevada license. Outstanding Shares 568,209,581 a/o Sep 15, 2017
-Restricted 178,521,009 a/o Sep 15, 2017

I say we have a fighting chance in the next several weeks to see pennies :)
