May I ask, how can the stock NOT rebound near term? Let's pretend worse-case that they do go through with the offering with absolutely no news. Say it's priced (discount of course) at.013

Many believe that PPS will instantly tank BUT isn't it guaranteed to rebound when the raise $$ is virtually nil ?

The revenues of the company haven't changed and on a $750k raise ~60M shares would be added to o/s. Demand at both locales is still growing !

That means o/s would then be around 200M. If fair value was say 5 cents before all this crap and o/s went up by say 42%. Isn't fair value around 3 cents with buyers wanting to propel it upwards to sell/dump for the highest profit? If the raise garners less than $750K - it's even less dilution.

I guess I don't see how this can stay way down with very minimal dilution? Too many forces at work. Again, who buys the offering with no news?

Move here is to be in this and then have dry powder at the ready just in case. No brainer IMO

You telling me that there would be no outright buyout offers for at least 2 cents ? Somebody has to be accumulating here

** Folks - there are a ton of OTC tickers with NO revenue and higher o/s that trade much much higher than 2 cents. Just sayin - keep perspective
