Way overdone. I went to re-read their press release and GEN-003 and they're not simply throwing it away. They felt it was more appropriate to find a partner instead of diluting the stock and obtaining massive debt to initiate phase 3 alone. This was a smart move to save cash. Shareholders can't seem to understand this. I guess if they had just remained silent and eventually released news of partnership, that would have popped the stock. By going this route, the market punishes them. Insane.
