According to Dr Hyde the tribal people of ODIM, the ones leading the charge on all this (Dr Hyde is a native from there btw), the have loads of money, as well as natural resources to finance their initiatives. From what he tells me, money is no object. I can't post the screenshots of the convo (Sobek will be doing that for me later, he's busy right now) but here is a tidbit of what Hyde had to say about this: "...the elders of my nation and my final decision we have all the time of the world, we are the owners of our own assets , commodities, and after 550 years we can take time , all the time in the world to make things right..."
